How we count
You pay for your vehicles, not for your helpers.
Sales points
Every active truck, trailer, or stand that sells. A refrigerated trailer that does not sell does not count. Neither does a seasonal vehicle while it is inactive over winter.
Planning logins
For everyone who creates and changes events, items, recipes, and vehicles. Usually the owner, the office, and maybe a truck lead.
On-site team
Everyone who packs, checks off lists, and reports damage. Every helper gets their own login on the iPad, even in peak season.

How much does Mobistro cost during beta?
Mobistro is free to use during beta. Joining the waitlist and reserving beta access are free as well.
Which plans are available after beta?
Starter, Pro, and Business start at €24.90, $29.99, £21.99, CHF 23.90, or CA$39.99 per business per month, excluding applicable taxes. Paying yearly gives you two months free. For more than ten vehicles or stands, Enterprise comes with a custom quote.
Will I automatically move to a paid plan?
No. There is no automatic conversion. Before a paid plan begins, you decide whether and which plan to book.
Do I pay extra for every helper?
No. Your on-site team is unlimited in every plan. We only count planning logins and active sales vehicles or stands.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. When you add a truck, you move to a larger plan. Your data stays as it is.
Do I need a credit card?
No. A credit card is not required for the waitlist or the free beta.
Can businesses in the US, Canada, UK, and Switzerland join the beta?
Yes. Selected mobile food businesses in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Europe can request free beta access.
What happens to my data if I do not continue?
You can stop using Mobistro. The contractual and privacy terms agreed for the beta will govern deletion and retention; no paid subscription is created.
