What belongs on a food truck checklist?
At minimum: propane and power, cooling, stock, consumables, POS, documents, cleaning and hygiene. The template on this page contains specific items for every area.
Do I need a new checklist for every event?
Not from scratch. A template for each event type saves time; only quantities and special requirements change for the individual booking.
What happens when I check an item off?
Checking an item moves that quantity from the main store onto the vehicle. If there is not enough stock, only what is available is moved and the rest stays visibly open. Each line shows the target, what is already on the vehicle and what is still to be loaded. The template on this page works independently of that, including in print.
Can I separate festival and weekly-market lists?
Yes. Different templates prevent a short market routine from becoming mixed with extensive festival preparation.
Can I print the template?
